The front desk service impressed me. Staff were polite, helpful, and accommodating. The gym had a comprehensive range of equipment. The interior design looked well-appointed and tastefully done.
I observed some signs of aging here and there within the building.

the rooftop restaurant features beautiful views with a full panorama. rooms are spacious and quiet. i found the hotel location perfect, with a short walk to the bus terminal. (it made my travelling easier)
i noticed limited options for a buffet breakfast.

the rooftop restaurant offered beautiful city views. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet with many options. the location was very convenient.. it was close to the night market.
the reception staff was not very cute. i requested two rooms next to each other months in advance, and the request was not granted. i found the rooms to be not very clean.

the location was very convenient. i could easily walk to the downtown markets in about five minutes. the rooms were spacious and clean. i found the bed comfortable.
the breakfast staff seemed quite slow in preparing eggs after i ordered.
